I came across this article from abcNews and I found it really intresting. I will surtainly look for theese chemicals when I buy nail polish from now on. And I will also need to go through my own stash of polishes at home to. I did now about toluene, but apparently some polishes contains other dangerous chemicals.
You can read the article here.
And I hope that all of the lovely ladies out there take great care from now on when using polishes or when buying new ones.
Yep! I got huge plans. But with those plans comes studying, responsibility and alot of work and things to check.
To be honest, this idea I have requiered more work then I have ever thought. But once I’ve made it through all the hard part I hope and think it will get easier.
Off topic, but here are my nails right now ;).
Halloween are getting closer and I just realized that I havent done a single post about that. Thou, in sweden our holiday for honoring the dead are called: All saints day. But haloween are getting to us to, and I love all the spooky things about this holiday.
Others that love this holiday are the nail polish companys.
Have a nice day.
And while we’re at it. I think its fabilous that so many brands involve in breast cancer awareness. The nail industri is’nt far behind either. Here are some of the nail polish brands supporting BCA, and there are probably more out there.
Here’s the collection from OPI:

Have a lovley Friday, I know I will 😉
I know there’s supposed to be friday news today, but as I told you yesterday I just got to much to do. BUT, I got my foils last night and I just had to try them out. Tried to make the tumb look a bit rough. Here’s my first “rough” try:
Tomorrow starts nailympics. I really would like to be there, but I’m not. I really hope we’re gonna see some crazy nailart and some great nails.
The start goes tomorrow the 22:th of september and ends at monday the 24:th. I wish all the contestants best of luck. 😉
I also found something really fun to do and its called Playdoh. Ofcourse it is for my son but I have to be there and play with him ;). I can totally say that I’m alot better in sculpting the he is (he’s 2 years old) :p.
I have finally start taking care of myself and started by calling the doctor, feels like such a big relief.
But it’s time for Friday news, not for “me”-news. :p
I have seen pictures of these velvet nails, and I think they are absolutley fabulous. They look so soft, like a handmade granny cardigan. I want to snuggle with them.
Velvet nails: how to.
And the best part is. There’s actually a kit you can buy. 😉
And once your at it you can also get the kit for caviar nails also.
Have a nice day 😉
